Goal
Launch a quarterly magazine that gives the team a platform to showcase who we are, the work we do, and the impact we drive, while growing design's influence across the company.
My Role
Head of Design; conceived and led the magazine to build agency for designers and shape our design culture.

I created Taste to build agency for our designers, a platform that reflects their craft and the intention behind their work, made to resonate with the team and inspire everyone around them. It reaches every corner of the company by design, so the power of design is felt, not just seen, and belongs to all of us, not only the people who shape it.

It starts from a simple belief: great design begins with understanding people, and every decision is intentional. When we design with that empathy and care, the work doesn't just function, it connects, and that connection is what we want the whole company to feel.
